Hello friends of the Halifax Institute of Traditional and Early Music,
You are cordially invited to hear our first term performance projects in concert at 2pm Sun. Feb. 1 at St. George’s Round Church, 2222 Brunswick St. Halifax.
We will have traditional tunes from Québec, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, France, and the Maritimes; we have works by Telemann, Bach, Bottacio, Schickhardt, Albinoni, Daniel Purcell (relative of Henry), and Tartini; we have fiddles, gambas, flutes, recorders, harpsichord, harp, mandolin, and piano; and more!
