Mid-Winter Tune-Up

Come sing and play the pieces you’ve been working on to an appreciative, friendly audience and chase away the winter blues!

Sat, January 28, 7 pm

St. Margaret of Scotland Church
3751 Robie Street, Halifax. Basement hall; enter via the side door on the downhill driveway.

This year’s Tune-Up will be an in-person event. We ask that attendees wear masks whenever possible. Due to ongoing Covid concerns we will not be having either food or drinks this year. Please bring your own water bottle.

Admission to EMSNS members is free but you must preregister (see below); audience admission by donation at the door.

Please include the following information:

name of performer/group.
instrumentation comprising your group.
title, composer and date (if known or approximate) of the composition.
duration of the piece (approximate); suggested – 6 minutes
number of chairs needed to seat your entry, and the names of those occupying the seats (for planning the program)
any special requirements for your performance (e.g. need a harpsichord, etc.)
Please bring your own music stands and lights.
